Automatic packaging line for olive oil FLOL

Automatic packaging line for olive oil, made of stainless steel, suitable for glass and plastic bottles, and for metallic containers. The filling range as well as the number of filling heads are adjusted according to the clients’ requirements.

The packaging line consists of a group of the following individual machines,

• automatic volumetric filling machine either with pneumatic (AVFL) or with servo motor (AVFS) of the INOX filling heads,
• automatic rotary screwing machine (ARCSM) for metallic caps, with automatic system for feeding and placing caps on the bottles, and
• automatic labelling machine, for 1 or 2 self adhesive labels (ALS12), for square or round bottles, which has a stepper motor for greater accuracy
