Automatic monoblock filling and capping packaging machine for miniature glass and plastic bottles/containers.
The machine consists of the following,
- automatic filling
- automatic system for cap feeding
- automatic cap screwing, and
- automatic labelling machine (optional)
The machine is suitable for round and square bottles/containers of 20ml-250ml.
Easy to operate with PLC touch screen.
The machine has a control system (no bottle – no fill, no cap – no drop), to avoid soiling the machine.
The machine is made of stainless steel.
Depending on the packaging product, the container, and the cap, the machine is suitable for filling glass and plastic bottles/containers with metallic or plastic caps.
