Automatic monoblock filling and capping packaging machine for liquid products

Automatic monoblock filling and capping packaging machine for liquid products in glass and plastic bottles/containers of different shapes and sizes with plastic caps. The placement of caps on the containers is made manually. In case that there in no detection of a container there is as system of no bottle- no fill for avoiding soiling the machine.

The machine consists of the following,

• automatic filling with 1 or 2 peristaltic pumps, which securs great accuracy
• automatic cap screwing (simple or servo)

The machine is suitable for round bottles/containers of 5ml-100ml.

Easy to operate with PLC touch screen.

The machine is made of stainless steel.

Depending on the packaging product, the container, and the cap, the machine is suitable for filling glass and plastic bottles/containers with plastic caps.

The peristaltic pump provides the possibility of changing different filling products without the product being affected by odor residues, such as e.g. happens in perfumes, essential oils, etc.

Can be connected to an automatic tabletop labelling machine creating a complete automatic tabletop packaging line.
