Automatic volumetric SERVO filling machine, for packaging viscous, liquid and semi-liquid products, made of stainless steel, with 2m conveyor belt, ideal for products such as foods (seed oil, olive oil, car oil,  juice, water, milk, arianni, dressings, sauce, etc.), cosmetics, (shower bath, shampoo), medicin, chemicals, etc.

• The advantages of a volumetric servo filling machine, is the easy dose adjustment (memory up to 5 codes), adjustment of the filling speed, uniform filling of the containers to avoid air entrapment, or foam creation, etc. The adjustment of the volumetric filling heads, is made automatic by weighing and monitoring the PLC touch screen. The system of the servo motor succeeds the uniform and highly accurate movement of the filling heads.
• It is possible to adapt a system of immersing the ΙΝΟΧ filling heads into the bottlesat the beginning of the filling and raising while filling , in order to avoid creating foam.
• The machine has an  ΙΝΟΧ filling tank which supplies the machine, with autοmatic level control sysytem and the possibility of stiring and heating system.
• The machine can be integrated to an automatic packaging line.
